Bridgestone exhibits at "Thailand Industry Expo 2014" Aug 26, 2014

Bangkok (26 August 2014) – Bridgestone will be presenting a booth at the “Thailand Industry Expo 2014” beginning today, highlighting its position as a leading company in the tire industry.  The exhibition, organized by the Ministry of Industry, held at Impact Muang Thong Thani from 26th to 31st August 2014.

 

Mr. Tomio Fukuzumi, Managing Director of Thai Bridgestone Co., Ltd. and Bridgestone Sales (Thailand) Co., Ltd. reveals the concept of the Bridgestone booth, featuring the theme of “Upstream flows to Downstream”, which extends from the Company’s mission of “Serving Society with Superior Quality”

 

“Upstream” includes Bridgestone’s utmost devotion to research, innovation and development in all aspects of our quality products,  while “Downstream” is illustrated by the Company’s commitment towards serving quality products and services to our customers. 

 

The design of the booth focuses on clarity, simplicity and a modern style, and in the booth, visitors will be able to find information about the company, as well as the displays of Bridgestone and Firestone tires. In addition, visitors can also experience interactive activities, such as the “Web-Booking Campaign” initiated by one of the Company’s retail store and service network “COCKPIT”, and other stage performance activities.

 

The “Thailand Industry Expo 2014”, organized by the Ministry of Industry on its 72nd Anniversary, aims to emphasize on the absolute potential of the Thai industry and business sector which ranges from global scale firms to other public sectors, SMEs, business operators, retailers as well as entrepreneurs.

Design Concept

 

The Bridgestone booth has been arranged in 2 sections, organized for easy understanding with a touch of modernity.  The booth is constructed mainly with the use of quality and recycled materials with the key colors – white, green, and blue.  Uniqueness together with uniformity, are the key concepts in our design along with comfort and simplicity so as to be clearly visible to all visitors. With this design, visitors will be able to enjoy the exhibition supported by the stories which have been carefully arranged.

  

 

Highlights               Our exhibition includes 2 Sections 

  • 1st Zone “Upstream” – This section shows the long legacy of Bridgestone’s success, our Corporate Mission, the Bridgestone Group in both global scale and in Thailand, and the highlights of various social contribution activities.
  • 2nd Zone “Downstream” – This section presents 3 main concepts; “Ecology”, “Good Enough”, and “Superior Service”, which are completed by the display of both passenger and commercial tires. This zone introduces a truly quality-offer to the end users as it features Bridgestone’s eco-products – the ECOPIA range, Firestone “Tire that makes sense”, and activities related to the “Web-Booking Campaign”.
