Bangkok (May 18, 2016) – In a nationwide survey of more than 4,000 consumers, Bridgestone was singled out as Thailand’s strongest brand within the automotive tire segment. The study, which was conducted by Marketeer Magazine and Video Research International (Thailand) Co., Ltd, a leading Japanese marketing research company, awarded Bridgestone Sales (Thailand) Co., Ltd the “No.1 Brand 2015-2016 Award” in the Tire Category. The award was presented by Miss Pongpun Gearaviriyapun, Director General of the Department of Business Development at the “No.1 Brand Thailand 2015-2016 Awards” on 17 May 2016 at the Siam Kempinski Hotel in Bangkok.
Led by Bangkok University’s Assistant Professor Saranyapong Thiangtam, the team of researchers surveyed over 1000 brands in 100 product categories to identity the most popular brands in Thailand. “We are honored that consumers recognize Bridgestone as a brand that develops and offers superior products and high quality services.
