Bridgestone Wins Prestigious Excellence Award from Caterpillar Inc.

Tokyo (December 26, 2022) — Bridgestone Corporation (Bridgestone) announced it has won the Caterpillar Supplier of the Year Award from Caterpillar Inc. (NYSE: CAT). Caterpillar procurement leadership presented the award at their Supplier Excellence Recognition event in Dallas, Texas on December 1, 2022. With Caterpillar’s global presence across multiple industries, this coveted award demonstrates that Bridgestone’s mission “Serving Society with Superior Quality” is in motion.

During the award ceremony, Pam Heminger, Senior Vice President for the Strategic Procurement and Planning Division of Caterpillar Inc. said, "Caterpillar’s reputation for world-class products and services stands on the shoulders of our global and diverse team – and that team includes our international and diverse supply network.
